The Miyabi 5000MCD-B Sujihiki 24cm is suitable for the preparation of meat and fish, it is mainly used to fillet and slice raw meat. Due to its symmetrically beveled edge it can be used by everyone.

The 5000MCD-B series is a stunning combination of excellent crafting skills and refined designs. The damascus blade is composed of 101 layers with an approximate hardness of 64HRC.

The edge of the knife is sharpened by the Honbazuke technique, the same one used in the sharpening of Katanas.

The handle is made of stabilized birch burl and handcrafted to obtain the perfect balance for every knife.

The knife is hand-sharpened and provided with a custom engraving FOR FREE.
