The Miyabi 5000FC-D Santoku 18cm is one of the traditional Japanese kitchen knives, ideal for processing vegetables but versatile due to its tapered tip.

The 5000FC-D series is a surprising blend of good crafting skills and refined designs. The damascus steel blade is made of 49 layers with an approximate hardness of 61HRC.

The edge of the blade is sharpened by the Honbazuke technique, the same used in the sharpening of Katanas.

The knife is hand-sharpened and provided with a custom engraving FOR FREE.
