The Kasumi Whetstone Sharpening Stone 3000-8000, is used dry to work on knives with a superior hardness. Recommended for those who want to keep their blades at their best.
To sharpen your blades, you can start with the 3000 grit, and then move to the 8000 grit to complete the procedure.
This is a stone for finishing the edge; in order to get a perfect sharpening, I recommend having a stone with a lower grit as well.
