How to Shop
Welcome!
Purchasing an item on my website is extremely simple: you will be able to see all the product categories in the homepage, just pick one to browse the related products and select the one you are interested in.
After opening a product page you will get to see the related pictures, the reviews, and all product details. If you’d like to customize an item before the purchase, you can type a name or phrase in the dedicated fields to have it engraved on the item with your favourite font.
You can also ask to receive the product in a gift box!
By clicking on “Go to Cart” you will be redirected to your order summary page where you can apply a coupon in case you have one. According to the items in your cart, you will also see additional suggested products. At the bottom of the page you will find the “Place order”
Now, you will only have to fill in the shipping details form and choose the payment method you wish to use.
Remember that all products are hand-sharpened and provided with a custom engraving FOR FREE.
You can choose between different payment methods, such as:
- Paypal
The quickest and easiest method; it allows to pay with any card and there’s no subscription required.
- Payment cards
You can pay with all sorts of cards (electronic ones as well) to place your order.
- Bank Transfer
After placing the order, you will be provided with the IBAN code and other required information. The items will be engraved and shipped after the bank trasfer is visible on my bank account.
- Postepay
After placing the order, you will be provided with all the necessary information to reload a Postepay card.
Once you have completed the payment process, your items will be engraved during the same day and shipped the following day. I hope this guide was useful, if you have any other doubts just contact us through one of the channels in the “Contact us” page or just fill in the following form:
